SHIPPING POLICY

REGISTERED DOMESTIC SHIPPING

If you have opted for registered shipping please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order from date of dispatch. For Australian orders, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped (please allow 1-2 business days for processing) along with a tracking number. You will be able to track your item via the link in your shipping confirmation.


On weekends and public holidays orders will be processed the next business day. Please note we do not offer registered shipping to WA (only Australia Post express) as parcels have been known to go missing on the long commute between states. 

 

EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING

If you have opted for Express shipping this means you have guaranteed next business day delivery (for locations within the Express post network and if you are a Newcastle local). For Australian orders, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped (please allow 1-2 business days for processing) along with a tracking number. You will be able to track your item via the link in your shipping confirmation.

On weekends and public holidays orders will be processed the next business day. Please note all orders to WA will be sent express only. 

ALL ORDERS

Please note all orders shipped automatically do not have authority to leave, meaning all packages will have to be received by someone who is present at the shipping address at time of delivery. If you have a circumstance where you would like to provide authority to leave in a safe place as you are unable to be at the address (or want to change your delivery details), please refer to the text message that you will receive from the shipping carrier once your order has been shipped. Please note in this instance that ATL is provided, Stoned Saint Moon is not responsible for missing items. 

MISSING ORDERS

If you have not received your garment within 10 business days (2 weeks), please check your tracking online before contacting us at stonedsaintmoon@gmail.com with your order number. 

As it is the customers responsibility to confirm all correct address details at the time of purchase, if your tracking says 'Delivered' or 'attempted delivery', it will be up to the customer to investigate with the relevant postal service further. For international customers, this will be the postal service within your own country. 

If the tracking is inconclusive and has 'pending' tracking, please contact us and we will investigate further. 

For these missing parcels, once 30 days have passed and you have still not received your order, we will then attempt to re-fulfill your order. If the items are not in stock we will endeavour to reach a solution, but only after the 30 days have passed.

REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Registered international post can take 6-14 business days. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped (please allow 1-2 days for processing) along with an Australian Post tracking number. You will be able to track your item on the Australia Post website.  

Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours. 

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Stoned Saint Moon is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

TAXES + DUTIES

Please understand that when using Regular Air Mail, once a package has been shipped, it is not our responsibility for missing or damaged packages. It is strongly advised that ‘Registered Post International’ or ‘Express Mail International’ is used for shipping, as any missing or damaged packages can be refunded when using this service.

By placing an order at Stoned Saint Moon, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Stoned Saint Moon. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that Stoned Saint Moon states the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
